Community Treatment Teams (CTT) play a crucial role in assisting individuals with finding appropriate housing based on their specific needs. By partnering with a wide range of providers—including county and state-funded supportive residential programs, personal care home providers, subsidized housing programs, individual landlords and temporary shelters—CTT ensures that participants receive the most suitable housing solutions. The overarching goal is to offer comprehensive support and resources to help participants achieve stable and supportive living situations.
CTT connects participants with meaningful employment and day-time activity in the community. Our vocational specialists work closely with the business community developing potential jobs in the private sector.
CTT provides technical assistance to connect participants to their funding. In certain circumstances and when necessary, we are representative payee for our individuals. In these cases we ensure that their funds are directed toward their safety and well-being. We also work hard to enable each and every participant the skills to manage their own funds. Each team has a benefits specialist who coordinates these activities.
